Roanoke Parks and Recreation and Mill Mountain Theatre Present: An immersive theatrical experience at the historic Fishburn Mansion, where ghosts stories are happening all around you and you choose where to go and who to watch.
In October of 1917 Junius B Fishburn hosted a lavish party in his elegant estate. Venture throughout the Fishburn Mansion on the centennial anniversary of the party and discover that some of Fishburn’s guests never really left. This fictional experience is structured to be like a ‘choose your own adventure’ theatrical production. Follow ghosts throughout the house in this interactive performance to see pieces of the past and hear their stories.
The event will take place on Sunday, October 29 and Monday, October 30 from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. Participants will register for one of three available time slots. (6:00pm; 6:30pm; or 7:00pm) Tickets are $28 per person and include hors d’oeuvres.
Parking is located in the large gravel parking lot at Wasena Park. Your haunted journey will begin at the Green Goat restaurant, within walking distance of the parking lot.
Please arrive approximately 30 minutes prior to your assigned ticket time to enjoy hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar with a special drink menu. Special instructions will be given during this time to maximize your experience. Shuttles will provide transportation to and from “Dead of Night” at the Fishburn Mansion.
