Mill Mountain Theatre is seeking 2022 Chorus video submissions for both Equity and Non-Equity performers for the following shows In The Heights and Holiday Inn. Please read the following information carefully.

PIRAGUA GUY – Featured Ensemble. Male-identifying, Age 30s-50s Charming, friendly and devoted to what he does. He walks the hot and humid streets of Washington Heights selling piraguas (flavored ice shavings) to earn a living and he does it with the utmost pride. He represents the rhythms of the Caribbean in the big city. Good mover Tenor to Bb.
MEN AND WOMEN OF WASHINGTON HEIGHTS (Dancers) – All ages, all types. Interesting, diverse and well‐rounded people of the community. All shapes and sizes. We would like to see more than just great dancers. Bring your strength, your vulnerability, your history, your sass, your humor and your love and pride from your ancestors. Will understudy principal roles. VERY STRONG DANCERS, HIP‐HOP/LATIN DANCE/ACRO TRICKS/PARTNERING SKILLS a plus.

Video auditions will be reviewed by Ginger Poole (Producing Artistic Director), Paul Aguirre (Director/Choreographer for In The Heights),Bryan Mercer (Musical Director for In the Heights), Seth Davis (Musical Director Fun Home) and Kristin Brooks Sandler (Director/Choreographer for Holiday Inn).

Contract Salary (Weekly Minimum): MainStage shows are SPT Tier 7 (In The Heights, The Diary of Anne Frank, Holiday Inn). Waldron and Fringe Series Shows are SPT Tier 4 (Fun Home).
