Mill Mountain Theatre is committed to building a diverse, accessible, equitable and inclusive community both onstage and throughout our organization. We encourage all artists to submit video auditions. Artists who are members of underrepresented communities are strongly encouraged to audition.

Fall Apprentice Submissions
MMT is searching for 5 apprentices for our 2025 Fall Apprenticeship. Apprentices will perform in our community tour, Don’t Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus the Musical. Contract runs June 18-July 27 . Ideal candidates are early-career individuals looking for paid summer work. Submissions should include a head shot, samples of: singing, dancing, and a monologue. MMT will watch up to 60 seconds of each.
