Auditions

We welcome submissions from community members, Equity and Non-Equity performers for our Trinkle MainStage and Fringe Series productions presented on our Waldron Stage.

Mill Mountain Theatre is committed to building a diverse, accessible, equitable and inclusive community both onstage and throughout our organization. We encourage all artists to submit video auditions. Artists who are members of underrepresented communities are strongly encouraged to audition.


2026 Season

2026 Apprentice Submissions 

MMT is looking for our 2026 class of apprentices. These 5 individuals will perform in MMT’s productions of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Oklahoma!, Wizard of Oz, Pete the Cat, Curious George: The Golden Meatball, and the Encore, a Broadway celebration concert.  The goal of the apprenticeship is for early-career artists to have the opportunity to perform while continuing to grow and refine their skills. Apprentices will also have the opportunity to work alongside our education staff on community events or teaching classes if they desire.

This paid position runs from 5/11/2026- 12/20/2026 

No casting offers will be made until after the SETC conference on March 8th
