Mill Mountain Theatre’s Promotion Policies

Throughout the year, Mill Mountain Theatre (MMT) hosts a variety of giveaways, promotions and discounts on its social media pages and at select events. All of MMT’s giveaways adhere to the giveaway policies outlined here. Some policies may contain different guidelines, which will be separately posted and divided into their own respective section on this page.

General Mill Mountain Theatre Promotions and Giveaways Policy

1. Eligibility:
   • Participants must meet the specified age and any other requirements stated in the giveaway announcement.
   • Any individuals or entities explicitly excluded in the announcement are not eligible to participate.
   • Discounts are not applicable to individuals who have already purchased their tickets unless otherwise stated.
   • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Hosts (Mill Mountain Theatre) are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry:
   • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
   • Follow the entry instructions as outlined in the giveaway announcement.
   • Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.
   • Entries that do not meet the specified requirements or are incomplete will be disqualified.
3. Prize:
   • The prize details and any limitations or restrictions will be clearly stated in the giveaway announcement.
   • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.
   • Any additional costs or expenses related to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
4. Winner Selection:
   • The winner(s) will be selected based on the criteria stated in the giveaway announcement.
   • The selection process will be fair and unbiased.
   • The winner(s) will be notified via the communication method specified in the announcement.
   • If the winner(s) fail(s) to respond within a specified timeframe, a new winner may be chosen.
5. Publicity:
   • By participating in the giveaway, you grant us the right to use your name and any provided content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
6. Liability:
   • We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of participation in the giveaway or the use of the prize.
   • Any tax obligations or legal restrictions related to the prize are the winner’s responsibility.
7. Sponsor:
   • The giveaway is sponsored by Mill Mountain Theatre.
   • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with the social media platform on which it is promoted.

Fire Station One Boutique Hotel & Mill Mountain Theatre $100 Voucher

Mill Mountain Theatre and Fire Station One Boutique Hotel are jointly distributing $100 hotel vouchers for the first week MainStage ticket holders and online entry registerees for the remainder of Mill Mountain Theatre’s 2023 season.

This $100 voucher giveaway is jointly hosted by Fire Station One Boutique Hotel and Mill Mountain Theatre (the “Hosts”) and is subject to the following terms and conditions. By participating in this giveaway, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility:
   • Entrants must be 21 years of age or older to enter.
   • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Hosts are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry:
   • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
   • To enter without purchasing visit millmountain.org/firestationone
   • Only one entry per person is permitted.
   • Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
3. Prize:
   • The prize consists of a $100 voucher applicable towards a hotel stay at Fire Station One Boutique Hotel.
   • The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
   • The voucher is valid for a limited time and subject to availability.
   • Only one voucher per person.
   • Vouchers cannot be combined.
   • Vouchers can only be redeemed at Fire Station One Boutique Hotel.
   • The winner is responsible for any additional charges beyond the $100 voucher value.
   • Conditions of use in addition to availability are to be determined by the hotel.
4. Winner Selection:
   • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
   • The winner will be selected by Mill Mountain Theatre.
   • The selection process will be fair and unbiased.
   • The winner will be notified via the contact information provided during entry.
   • If the winner does not respond within a specified timeframe, a new winner may be chosen.
5. Publicity:
   • By participating in this giveaway, you grant the Hosts permission to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
6. Limitation of Liability:
   • The Hosts and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries arising from or related to participation in this giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use of the voucher.
7. Governing Law:
   • This giveaway and its terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Virginia
8. Sponsors:
   • This giveaway is jointly sponsored by Fire Station One Boutique Hotel and Mill Mountain Theatre.
